The structure and classification of electronic scale

Posted on June 17, 2022 by ArticleManager

The electronic scale is mainly composed of three parts: load -bearing system (such as a scale, a scale), the transmission power conversion system (such as leverage transmission system, sensor), and demonstration value system (such as scale disk and electronic display instrument).

According to the principle:

Electronic scale, mechanical scale, mechanical and electrical combination scale

Multifunctional electronic scale

Function:

Counting scales, valuation scales, heavy scale, Bluetooth scales

Divided by use:

Industrial scale, commercial scale, special scale

Classification of placing position:

The desktop scale refers to the electronic scale with a full name of less than 30kg

Taiwan scale refers

电子秤的结构与分类

Electronic scale with a full name of the floor finger with a full name of 300kg

Precision balance

Classified by accuracy:

Class I: Special balance precision ≥1/100,000, the benchmark balancer

电子秤的结构与分类

Class II: High -precision balance 1/10,000 ≤ precision <1/100,000, precision balance

III level: medium precision balance 1/1000 ≤ precision <1/10,000, industrial and commercial balancers

IV level: ordinary scale 1/100≤ precision <1/1000, coarse balance device

Classified by data transmission:

Divided into RS-232/ RS-485 RF (RF2.4G) simulation signal (Analog) Bluetooth USB interface Ethernet
