As soon as I saw the orange body color, I knew its innate sporty genes. When I looked around the vehicle for a week, I was even more convinced of the idea. The exaggerated large-sized vertical chrome-striped grille is very domineering, and with the slender split headlight groups on both sides, it is very fierce. After closer inspection, I found that 90% of the area inside the black grille is closed, and only there is an opening in the middle of the grille to dissipate heat, which can well reduce the wind resistance of the vehicle and improve fuel economy. In fact, the car’s comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is only 6.2L.

The shape of the back has always been the biggest advantage of the MG6 model, and I think many friends are obsessed with the perfect roof line of the back sedan. MG6 PRO also has a very attractive line design on the side of the car, starting from the very front of the vehicle, the line of the vehicle has experienced two upward trends, with the air deflectors on both sides of the front bumper of the vehicle, which can further reduce the wind resistance of the vehicle.

The large black tail at the rear of the car is not just decoration, it actually adds 1.24 times more downforce at high speeds. The MG6 PRO is equipped with Bridgestone’s T005 tyres in 224/45/R18, which provide excellent performance in terms of grip and driving stability.

The MG6 PRO’s interior also emphasizes a sporty atmosphere, and the overall design of the dashboard and MG6 have not changed much, but the yellow trim on both sides of the gear shift area and the SUPER SPORT buttons on the steering wheel mark the difference between the car. Although sports is the pursuit of MG6 PRO, in terms of intelligence, it has also upgraded the Venus intelligent system of the Internet car under 10.1 inches, which can activate voice control without waking up, such as directly saying “I want to listen to music”, and the system will automatically play the music of the car cool music.

In the seat design of the vehicle, the front seats use the same bucket seat design as Mercedes-Benz AMG, which is very supportive and wrapped. The yellow seat belt also echoes the interior paint, and the sides of the steering wheel in the car are also made of suede material, which is very comfortable to hold.

When we press the SUPER SPORT button, the center control screen will display turbo pressure, mechanical pressure and many other sports comfort, so that we do not need to spend money to install instruments, very user-friendly.

The MG6 PRO uses a MEGA Tech1.5T high-power engine with a maximum power of 181 hp and a peak torque of 285 Nm, and can exert maximum torque at speeds between 1500-4000rpm. The mated 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission can also skip downshifts when the driver presses the accelerator deeply, without gear breaking.

In actual driving, MG6 PRO gives people the feeling that it is always ready for battle, the throttle is very sensitive, ready to go, when we want to accelerate, press the accelerator, the vehicle’s acceleration action is very fast, there is no very obvious turbo lag. This is followed by the sound of the rear of the vehicle, the exhaust vents on both sides, and the whistle between each gear change.

Although the front and rear of the vehicle are independently suspended, the feeling of sitting in the front and rear seats of the car is quite different. In the front seat, we can feel that the MG6 PRO is tough when dealing with some minor bumps, and the vehicle’s damping system can minimize vibration even when the road encounters large potholes. However, this situation did not extend to the rear, where we felt that the car’s damping system was very tense and a little too tight when dealing with some bumps.

Fortunately, the MG6 PRO is equipped with four driving modes, covering all the scenarios we encounter with our daily use of the car. Especially in economy mode, the accelerator pedal and steering feel of the vehicle will change significantly. The feedback when we press the accelerator is no longer as sensitive, and the steering feels lighter, which greatly improves the driving comfort of the car.

When the vehicle is driving within 60 km/h, the quietness of the car is maintained very well. However, when the vehicle accelerates further, the ensuing tire noise will be very obvious into the car, and then increase the speed of the vehicle wind noise and engine noise will be more obvious, and the same riding experience is that the noise in the rear will be significantly greater than in the front.

We all know that the main consumer group of MG6 PRO is people who love sports, love modification, love to play cars, such consumers are not limited to young people, but those who always pursue their dreams in their hearts.
