Material preparation, sawing → sawing machines

●Check whether the electrical, equipment grounding, and leakage protection appliances are sensitive and reliable before use, and whether the safety protection devices are intact; 

●Use positioning device, measure and compare after adjustment; 

●When cutting, pay attention to cutting off and taking materials in time to prevent the saw blade from rotating to drive the material and fly out and hurt people; 

● Stacked neatly according to demand; 

●The safety shield cannot be disassembled, and it cannot be maintained, refueled and cleaned during mechanical operation;

●After the work is completed, the scene should be cleaned, the power should be cut off, and the switch cabinet should be locked.

4.1 Introduction of spare parts

Inspection → torque wrench tool

Tighten the bolts (the most important)! Use a torque wrench to adjust to the specified torque, tighten each joint point to lock the auxiliary bolt, and hear the wrench slip 2 times to stop! 

The installation requirements are summarized below:

1. The material, specification and performance of the prefabricated support hanger should meet the requirements of the design documents and the relevant national current standards.

2. After the prefabricated support hanger arrives at the site, it should be accepted into the site, and the supplier should provide the factory certificate, component and component testing report.

3. Prefabricated support hanger products should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry warehouse; Components should be stored on the shelves with the same model and specifications; When C-shaped channel steel is stored, moisture-proof film should be laid on the ground, and dry wooden strips (or wooden shelves, bamboo and boards, etc.) should be laid on the moisture-proof film, and different types of C-shaped channel steel should be stacked separately; Dry wooden strips should be lined between the unopened C-channel steel; The stacking height shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, and there shall be anti-overturning measures and warning signs.

4. Before the installation of the prefabricated support hanger, it is necessary to check whether the model, specification, material, etc. of the installed support frame meet the provisions of the design documents.

5. The pipeline support hanger should be in place before the installation of the pipeline it supports.

6. Before the installation of the prefabricated support hanger, the construction unit should clarify the scope of construction, and the installer should coordinate the installation of all pipelines in the area with other professionals, formulate a reasonable installation order, and let the main components and pipelines close to the bearing structure should be installed first.

7. The pipe support point and bearing structure force point of the support hanger should be located strictly according to the design documents. The positioning deviation of the pipe support point relative to the indoor pipeline should not exceed 10mm; The support hanger should be fixed on a reliable building structure and should not affect structural safety.

8. Except for C-shaped channel steel and through-screw can be cut on site, all other product components, profiles, etc. should be prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site.

9. When cutting C-shaped channel steel and through screw on site, the verticality of the section should be guaranteed; When C-shaped channel steel is cut, the opening is facing downward, and deformation should be avoided during cutting; The burr at the cutting end should be polished smoothly, and the adsorbed iron filings and powder should be clearly adsorbed in time, wiped clean, and the fully exposed channel steel cut end should be installed with the channel steel end cover except for the formation of stagnant water.

10. The overall installation spacing of the prefabricated support hanger should meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current national standards, and its deviation should not be greater than 0.2m.

11. The vertical installation angle of the diagonal brace of the seismic hanger should meet the requirements of the design document and should not be less than 30°; The distance between the diagonal brace of the single-pipe seismic hanger and the hanger shall not exceed 100mm; The anti-seismic hanger diagonal brace installation should not deviate 2.5 degrees from its centerline.

12. The prefabricated support hangers fixed on the concrete structure all adopt bottom-expanding mechanical anchors, and the surface of the substrate in the anchoring area should be solid and flat, and there should be no defects affecting the bearing capacity of the anchor such as sanding, shelling, honeycomb, hemp surface, oil pollution, etc.; The concrete strength grade should reach C30 or above in the anchorage depth range;

Anchor drilling should comply with the provisions of relevant specifications and regulations; The anchoring operation should meet the anchor design requirements.

13. The size of the pipe clamp should match the outer diameter of the pipe or the outer diameter of the insulation layer, and it should be ensured that the part connected with other connecting parts of the support hanger is exposed outside the pipe insulation layer, and the connection between the pipe clamp and the pipeline should be stable.

14. The connection between the pipe clamp of the prefabricated support hanger and the non-thermal insulation pipeline should be equipped with anti-vibration electrical insulation rubber pad; Anti-electrochemical corrosion measures should be taken at the contact between the stainless steel pipe and the carbon steel support hanger.

15. Bolts and nuts should be locked according to the design torque to prevent loosening.

16. The prefabricated support hanger should have measures to adjust the vertical height of the pipeline, and the vertical height of the pipeline should be directly adjusted under bearing conditions.

17. The prefabricated support hanger shared by two or more pipes should adopt pipe clamps to keep the lateral relative position of the pipeline unchanged, and the thermal pipeline should be able to slide freely along the axial direction.

18. The prefabricated support hanger shared by two or more pipes should not be used to support horizontal pipelines with different thermal displacement or thermal displacement directions.

19. All insulation pipeline clamps should be insulated gasket, the thickness of the insulation liner should not be less than the thickness of the pipe insulation layer, the width should be greater than the width of the supporting surface of the hanger, the liner should be complete, and the insulation material should be dense and no gap; The insulation gasket should meet its pressure-bearing capacity and not deform after installation.

20. When the single-way screw hanger is used for horizontal pipelines, anti-swaying hangers should be set on the starting point of the pipeline, valves, elbows, tee parts and straight pipe sections with a length of 15m.

21. During installation, the supported pipeline should be fully fixed to maintain the stability of the pipeline until the pipeline system is fully installed.

22. The prefabricated support hanger shall only be used for its intended use, and shall not be used for temporary suspension or other installation purposes.

23. After all prefabricated support hangers are adjusted, all adjusting parts that may be loose should be firmly locked. Except as specified in the design documents, it is not advisable to lock the adjusting parts by destroying the thread.
